IV. Application Reference: Spray the stripping agent onto the surface requiring rework. Within three minutes, the old coating will undergo a chemical reaction, softening, bubbling, becoming brittle, and detaching from the substrate. Simply use an air stream or rinse with water to achieve the desired rework effect.

V. Precautions:

5.1 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the work area, and effective measures must be taken to prevent sparks (e.g., using explosion-proof electrical equipment, eliminating static electricity buildup, avoiding metal collisions, etc.).

5.2 The work area should be well-ventilated, ensuring sufficient ventilation to maintain the solvent/air ratio below 10% of the lower explosive limit. Typically, 200 cubic meters of ventilation per kilogram of solvent (depending on the solvent type) is required to maintain a working environment at 10% of the lower explosive limit.

5.3 During application, it is recommended to wear a mask to avoid inhaling paint mist and harmful gases, especially in poorly ventilated environments. Finally, handle used paint containers carefully to prevent environmental pollution.

5.4 Take effective measures to prevent direct contact of the skin and eyes with the coating (e.g., use work clothes, gloves, goggles, masks, and protective oils). If skin contact occurs, rinse with water and soap or an appropriate industrial cleaner. If the eyes are contaminated, rinse immediately with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention promptly.

VI. Packaging, Storage, and Transportation: Sealed in iron drums. This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, away from heat sources. Store in a cool, dry place with a low flash point. The shelf life is 6 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, retesting according to standard specifications is required. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. During transportation, protect from rain and direct sunlight, and comply with the relevant regulations for chemical transportation.
